If you had a login on the old forums, please note that your password MAY have changed since logging in to the old forum.
Your username is still your service number, but your password is based on your home address as recorded by the union as at MONDAY 13th JULY 2009.
Your password will be the first three letters of your Surname, followed by the first digit of your street number, followed by the first three letters of your suburb.
As an example: Firefighter 5110 Allan Ingleby who lives at 12/34 Bay St Botany:
Username: 5110
Password: ing1bot
New members who did not have a login on the old forum will have had a random password emailed to them when their login was created.
If you can’t log in to the forums, click on the “Forgot your password” link on bottom of the login box.
If the union has a current email address for you, this will email you instruction on how to set a new password.
If this doesn’t work, call the Union offices and we will help you reset your password.
Once you log in, please check that the email address we have recorded for you is correct. This will enable you to reset your password securely if you forget it in the future. Instructions on how to do this are located in the “Announcements” forum.
